Week is not going as planned. I twisted by big toe side of the foot on a root and now I am hobbling around. I did find one good exercise to do. I kayak with my foot elevated!

I will lift a bit today using my bench and I have been doing some yoga. Also mustard oil because why not!

Average up because I had too much cottage cheese at the beginning of the week and tried to resolve that issue for the rest of it. Think it is all good now. Should think at my age I would know better. It has been wonderful weather here so I have spent lots of it outdoors.
