a whole year caring and caring and caring and now not caring ,, and wanting to care again . what a difficult situation I really wanna care . I really want to take care of my body.it's definitely a crazy world I live in I want to thank the Lord for this day and I want to thank the Lord for helping me try to do what's right

almost a month I have been just plain off the wagon
I want to try again ,,,,, not quite sure I will do so great but to record my foods is a start even if its not quite the foods to start with my that is how I began ,,,the more I get back into this the better I will do

worked out today yaaaaaaaaa me

My son received his charges today 5 years probation
in all this hardship I have watched my son grow and take on his responsibility
My daughter in love and my son are going a place near by yaa <3 my son can't see his daughter who is severely on drugs and has a 3 years old ( that is what my son and my daughter in Love we're fighting about over letting her take off all the time and cover up for her ..
I see my daughter in love and mys ons Love for each other grow more then I ever dreamed would happen ,, Thanks Lord ,,,,
my granddaughter who is 10 is still in the hospital Praying much for her <3 she cries when we leave is so sad .. breaks my heart <3
