Deb haven't been to the gym in about 3 weeks had bronchitis, siunitis very sick and the weather is horrible here but I will get back to the gym as soon as I can thanks for your encouragement,,,,thanks,,iamachristianfreak xo right back at ya praying you lady's are well I praise God for both of you ladies many blessings to you
