I double checked scale against another scale we have. One pound difference so I took higher weight. It's probably water loss and I'll gain it all back today lolol. I did go back to nutribullet making spinach and arugula smoothies. Well maybe just a drink because I only add water Lolol. Anyways...let's all get it!!

Weighed on two different scales to make sure this was accurate. Im hoping it's not water weight again and that I see a gain tomorrow. Keeping the motivation. I want this weight off by November. Let's get it guys!!

AND.... Just like that im out of ketosis. Can someone tell me where I went wrong? I yesterday i ate 811 calories, 44 gm fat, 88 gm protein, 4 gm carbs and 133 ounces of water.
