Ive no clue how it came off. I was doing the same thing thru the gains as I did the loss. Maybe my body just decided to make me happy for once AND my monthly is here so it's bittersweet and im thankful. Very thankful!!

Soooooo I can't explain the gain. Im following goals 100 percent. It's like every month for one to two weeks i gain 6 pounds and hopefully next week it will leave me just as quickly as it came lolol. Ketone levels are around 1.6 and blood glucose in 90's. Im having knee issues.... Gouty arthritis. That's the most awful pain ever. I've taken baking soda and water and seriously if helps. 98 cent cure. Hope everyone reaches their goals this week. Im not stopping. I can't!!! We are winners so let's win this!!!

After second day of IF yesterday, I lost 4 pounds. This is my first time doing intermittent fasting. Total of 6 pounds lost. I wonder if it's water weight but either way I'll take it because my glucose levels are lower which is a blessing!!! Let's keep at it guys!!! We can do it!! There is light at the end of the tunnel. 57 more pounds to go. I haven't seen the 240's in years!!

Losing 6.4 kg a Week

Second day this week of intermittent fasting....I almost forgot I was to fast today...lololol. I got ticked at myself for forgetting. The food was right at my mouth and I was like.... Wait...today is Thursday....im fasting today!! Roflolololol. Ok so I ate 627 calories. My goal was 600. I went a little over...those dang pork skins. :). I ate 80 percent fat, 15 percent protein and 5 percent carbs. Which is actually what I was hoping for. I ate starting at 2pm and goal is to stop eating at 8pm. I check blood glucose it's 91. Blood ketones is 0.7. Im not diabetic or prediabetic but really felt like I was pre pre diabetic based on previous testings. My blood glucose is definitely lower. This is pleasing!! I wish my ketones were up higher but I've got to read some more on that. Anyway...I just wanted to share!
