Ok...I just.... Out of the blue used my ketone strips that I bought like 2-3 weeks ago and tested my urine.....it changed colors!!!! It's like small to moderate ketosis. Does this mean fat will now melt off?? AND I've pottyed number 2 twice today. Sorry for the tmi. Someone let me know!! Thanks so much

I stalled for like almost 2 weeks even gaining some pounds. I increased my water intake daily and stayed on top of the water consumption for past 3 days. BM went back to normal and i increased intake of spinach Read some of my buddies food diaries as well as listened to their encouraged comments. I tested for first time today and I'm in ketosis. I feel good. Not tired, etc. just a slight headache.

It's my monthly time. :(. I also saw that I've lost 5 percent body fat but gained 2 pounds. Is this a part of Atkins too. Beside not having normal BM im not frustrated but dissapointed in the weight gain. Feeling like I'm failing.
