Same weight, but I'm baking 3 chicken breasts with bone in and skin on. I bought them for the bbq, but alas it was too chilly and late for me to hang out now. I'also thrown in some sweet potatoes because I love putting dollops of it in quinoa and chopped crunchy veggies bowls with cranberry's and raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds with beets. Now, I don't get to cooking daily anymore so I just pre-cook stuff to have it on hand for a couple of days. I was also into dips this week (light ranch, onion, hummus, and artichoke Asiago to eat my cauliflower and broccoli. I also got Brussels sprouts to steam. Trying to eat variety while not having food waste yet having fresh produce is getting a bit easier. And my grocery bills are normaling out now, no more $400 orders of ridiculous stuff. It's all in my basement now! I hope you're all coping better as we get used to this. I haven't been binging on chocolate and chips the last 2 weeks. Just trying to not go up as drastically as I was in March/April.

Trying to flatten the curve for now! I'm so sad to learn that our beautiful, private community pool will not be open this summer. I live there most days and enjoy swimming on warm days. I'll truly miss it. But on we go finding new things to replace the old things. On a happy note, it's warmer for bike riding today!

It was my birthday and I went to Giant Tiger to buy new shorts. Last year's shorts were a size 16-18. This years shorts are a 10-12!! Still flabby and around my middle, I think it has more to do with sagging though, lol! I guess that just happens at my age, gravity sucks!

OMG, so close to buying a Reese's Peanut Butter cup, but I walked away. I was hungry at the time. Have a bean salad and trout instead, lol!

On track preparing tasty meals again today! I had half of my grilled chicken breast chopped on top of 3/4 cup Felicetti Protein Pasta (red lentil/whole wheat) Penne. I chopped up a pack of zucchini noodles , red peppers, red onion, green peppers, and grape tomatoes and tossed them in Newman's Own Sesame Thai Salad Dressing (low cal and delicious). I mixed them all together and made 2 x 6 cup salads. They are one of my favorite filling salads! I ate at 4pm, to avoid famine and grabbing fast junk! So much of it is about the preparation with me! Enjoy your weekend everyone.
