On track preparing tasty meals again today! I had half of my grilled chicken breast chopped on top of 3/4 cup Felicetti Protein Pasta (red lentil/whole wheat) Penne. I chopped up a pack of zucchini noodles , red peppers, red onion, green peppers, and grape tomatoes and tossed them in Newman's Own Sesame Thai Salad Dressing (low cal and delicious). I mixed them all together and made 2 x 6 cup salads. They are one of my favorite filling salads! I ate at 4pm, to avoid famine and grabbing fast junk! So much of it is about the preparation with me!
