Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Doing something completely differently this week. I’m not going to weigh again until next Monday. Weight today 204.4. If this works, I’ll share it with ya’ll next week. (It’s not anything crazy or unhealthy!)

Yesterday (Sunday) was on ok day. I did increase my walking to 3 miles, drank a half gallon of water and practiced an hour on the computer. My calories were terrible (about 3,500!). I keep sabotaging myself! Yesterday, I made Banana Nut muffins with icing on them! I’m NOT feeling very motivated today at all! As a matter of fact, it’s not even 5am, and I have already had 2 King’s Hawaiian rolls with butter, a banana nut muffin and an English muffin with butter, peanut butter and jelly on it. Worst of all, I’m going back to bed, instead of staying up and starting on my walking. Maybe I’ll wake back up at 6:30 powerfully motivated. 🤞 🙏

Yesterday (Saturday) was a good day! Actually finished everything on my To Do list. I walked 2 miles, drank 1/2 gallon of water, practiced piano for over an hour, limited soda to 8 cans, watched a 1-hr motivational video by Jack Canfield, caught up 2 days of Bible Reading, prayed for everyone on my prayer list, and actually did some “progress” jobs around the house (like removing several things from my closet). Calories still have much room for improvement (2,505), but I made some sugar-free Jell-O yesterday for snacking today (only 15 calories in a 3/4-cup serving). Got up at midnight today (Sunday) so I can get most of my stuff done before church this morning at 10. Thanking God for restoring my motivation!
