Weight did not change/However so happy I have been doing my exercises each morning.
Trying to change my thought process towards some foods. Always has been the biggest struggle. My thinking of lack/I'm missing out/ if I each it all now I will not have to worry about it (get it all gone out of sight)
The one thing I did notice that was interesting is a trigger that goes off
I will not be craving anything then I see a bag of potato chips/chocolate etc. then all of a sudden I have to have. I will try to name it next time shine the light on too it. I'm slowly realizing I don't have to react to every trigger from my mind or body. The body ones are even more powerful!! Try making peace and loving kind thoughts next time:)

Found an old book from my iPEC life coaching training course I took with Bonnie in March-2015

When calming the mind some some wonderful appear.
I am fish jumping in the pond at the back of the farm with he sun going down.
I am birds chirping and leaves rustling under my feet, as I walk in the woods.
1 am fresh clean air, as I walk in the woods
The universe is wide & open and I feel part of it.
I Am Love
I Am Joy
I AM humour
I AM connection
I am positivity
Look for signs from the universe S=Show
Ask the universe for the signs and the insight to recognize them!

The feeling of Lack is key for me. However the old habits of the body and my mind set have been winning. I asked for assistance in figuring it out. It's true once you put light on an issue your ego does not want to let go/it will fight you make you believe its actually you.
I believe an answer has come for me.
Don't fight the resistance, like I talked about in another post. The other Key
is make Peace with it embrace it /fill it with love/ say "change" take its hand
ask it to come along on a new journey. Thank it for protecting you in the pass.
Remember to embrace/love and evaluative the feeling of love for it /grateful has it has helped you in the pass/it's time to move on from that feelings of lack. It will come to the light of change with you.

The one thing that I have to over come is the feeling of LACK, I believe that is my key driving force behind my addiction to food/over eating.
it shows itself in other ways in my life too but food for sure!
Going without sugar
I'm missing out
There will not be any left for me...
The feeling of lack makes me feel greedy about things
