Weight did not change/However so happy I have been doing my exercises each morning. Trying to change my thought process towards some foods. Always has been the biggest struggle. My thinking of lack/I'm missing out/ if I each it all now I will not have to worry about it (get it all gone out of sight) The one thing I did notice that was interesting is a trigger that goes off I will not be craving anything then I see a bag of potato chips/chocolate etc. then all of a sudden I have to have. I will try to name it next time shine the light on too it. I'm slowly realizing I don't have to react to every trigger from my mind or body. The body ones are even more powerful!! Try making peace and loving kind thoughts next time:)
