I havent counted anything for the past few days and I was worried just like last time I would gain again but no I went down!!! I am proud that I have learned more self control on what I consume and not over indulging in things that wont benefit my body.

Happy monday everyone (though it feels like Sunday due to my insombia)
oh well but on lighter note Yah!!! I'm very happy with this morning weigh in. I felt like I was going about this all wrong and actually felt pretty alone even though I know I have support. but this is proving to me that I can do this and that we can all reach our own personal goals. we just have to stay committed!

I'm so upset with this. I was at my in laws for a few days and I did so good no cheat meals no alcohol beverages nothing and I got home yesterday and did weigh in this morning and it's up!!!
it might be water weight I'm not sure and I'm going to keep trying though all I want to do is throw my hands up and have an ice cream bar.
