Happy monday everyone (though it feels like Sunday due to my insombia)
oh well but on lighter note Yah!!! I'm very happy with this morning weigh in. I felt like I was going about this all wrong and actually felt pretty alone even though I know I have support. but this is proving to me that I can do this and that we can all reach our own personal goals. we just have to stay committed!
54.2 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
