I'm so upset with this. I was at my in laws for a few days and I did so good no cheat meals no alcohol beverages nothing and I got home yesterday and did weigh in this morning and it's up!!!
it might be water weight I'm not sure and I'm going to keep trying though all I want to do is throw my hands up and have an ice cream bar.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

weigh yourself in morning after using the washroom, that’s more accurate. Don’t worry, keep doing this for a month and you will be proud of yourself!

thank you caperbike for your kind words and papa li I do weigh myself after I use the washroom so no worries about that. I'm very sorry to dzemsta for your gain but I feel belittled by your post. just because I didnt gain as much as you or another doesn't mean I shouldn't feel upset about my own set backs.

I didn’t mean to make you feel belittled triplegoddess002 I know any weight gain is awful! I was just trying to put some humour in a trying hard situation when we gain. Sorry if I made you feel belittled believe me that was not my intention

Everyone’s journey is different and ANY GAIN be it small or large is very trying on us and upsetting. We are all here to support each other not criticize or belittle anyone. Sometimes what we post can be sensitive to people that we find humorous or we try to make light of it so others don’t feel bad. Believe me when I say I’ve struggled to with weight gains no matter how BIG OR SMALL! Any gain is never liked to please don’t take what I say so literally as I did not mean to offend or make light of your gain!

a healthy body can swing up to 3 pounds a day so don't get discouraged just stay on the path.
