I haven't posted in a long time but I still have been watching what I've been eating and counting the calories. my weight haven't gone down just maintain which is not a bad thing though I do wish the scale would go down but everydays a work in progress

I'm just devastated by this increase. I know its not the end but dang this sucks.

I really need to change something up.... I'm thinking of doing a vegetarian challenage for awhile. I was vegan for years and was in the best shape of my life back then. I'm just tired of being so pudgy 😞
