Back in the swing of things post colonoscopy and endoscopy, eating my usual diet and trying to write it if I bite it! Meeting with the dietitian on Friday wish me luck. I’ve been really bad these last couple of days with the severe cold eating like crazy.

Been going to bed much too late eating too much shit at night. That’s going to stop starting tonight. This cold weather is wreaking havoc on my diet. I’m finding it very difficult to control my eating when it’s so freaking cold out.

Is anyone else finding it damn near impossible to lose weight when it’s freezing cold outside?! I know I am finding it very difficult. I always have. I tend to lose weight, much more readily during the summer.

Not entirely surprising that I would be gaining once I start eating normally again got up in the middle of the night and had a couple of protein bars not a great idea, but my stomach has been killing me, severe inflammation, and having something in it helps Will try to avoid making that a habit though
