i’ve been pretty consistent with if I write it I bite it but eating too many carbs being on the slow, residue, refined carbohydrate diet praying this thing is over in a couple of days and that my results from the colonoscopy are good and I can get back to healthy eating as soon as possible walking my dog it’s gonna be pretty awful this morning 33° 25 mile an hour winds. Wish me luck.

pretty depressed that I have to prepare for having a colonoscopy endoscopy on Thursday next week. I can only eat meat, cheese, refined, carbohydrates, virtually, no veggies, very little fruit all of it refined. I have very bad hemorrhoids for one thing and I’ve worked so hard to lose weight and eat healthy. This is very upsetting to me, but my anemia is worsening and I’ve got to get to the bottom of it by getting this imaging, I guess I need to try to eat more keto just eat meat and cheese. I minimize the carbohydrates but I feel myself so hungry I don’t have any carbs but having more carbs probably just makes me more hungry lol I hate it. I hate these refined carbs. Oh well, I’ll plan better tomorrow I didn’t even write anything down. There was no point.

Good morning everyone! Fresh figs, dusted with cinnamon on top of steel cut oats, honey, crisp, apples, and mixed nuts. My steel cut oats has bulletproof collagen powder in it, as well as flax seeds and Chia seeds.
