Go to sandwich without mayo. Tuna, avocado, onion, cucumber and ancient grains bread. About 450 cal and keeps me full for afternoon.

Thank you for the support when going up. This week added TV guided cardio and strength exercises. Not happy with the tick up in weight but am really happy to move a notch down on my belt and comfortably. Still motivated. Thanks again for the support.

1875 calories a day = -0.8lbs in a week for me. I had upped the exercise (watch tracks) and had an average net calorie of -700/day for the week. Result is a bit disappointing but at least the right direction.

I find it's harder to stick to the plan when I am very tired and a bit stressed like today. Just want to reach for salty snacks. Uggggh!

Stuffed whole squid, broiled. Shrimp fried rice w/veggies. About 450 cal.
