No surprise on small increase this week. It could have been worse. Hopefully I'll have better discipline this weekend. That said, it's beer o'clock in about one hour, lol.

This like having dessert for breakfast. 1.5 cups Kirkland Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup Bayfield Provisions #1 granola and a cup of red grapes. About 375 calories and the red grapes are a good anti-inflammatory.

I’m in a bad habit of dieting 4 days a week and need to do better Friday to Sunday.

Does anyone else see poor sleep as a challenge to weight loss? For me it’s been a tough week for sleep. Stress is up and I tend to have less willpower to avoid snacks.
