Yea back on track. 200 cals. Yesterday; Only ate watermelon and a about 5 chicken gizzards. 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 4 oz. aloe vera juice and vitamin supplements. 20 push ups, 50 sit ups, no treadmill.

Ate 700 cals chicken gizzards and about 2 cups boiled cauliflower. About 800 cals. total. Did 60 sit ups & 20 push ups. May fast tonight.

Got on a eating binge yesterday, but kept calorie intake at around 750 cals.. Ate 2 cups sweet potato, 3 cups chicken broth and cabbage soup, 240cals. of zebra mussles, 1 grapefruit, 1 oz. cheese, 10 cals. sugar free jello. No exercises. Weighed in at 215lbs.
