Usual work-out and supplements. Ate 1 cup sweet potato, 1 1/4 cups summer squash, 4 medium size carrots, pasta sauce and green tea. About 425 cals. for day. Definitely seeing less body fat in upper body[hips, tummy, backs of upper arms and man breast]. In 2 or 3 days, after I eat my perishable, will start intermittent fasting again. Feel good, exercises are getting easier once I start them.

Hi, had 2 nectarines, handful of blackberries off the bush, 2/3 cup watermelon, 1 grapefruit, 1 teaspoon spirulina with other supplements, 4 oz. aloe vera juice, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. Did extra excercises last night. Gut hurt for about an hour last night, but I feel great now, so will see what happens. Probably just a anomaly. Figure about 350 cals. for the day.
