Got on a eating binge yesterday, but kept calorie intake at around 750 cals.. Ate 2 cups sweet potato, 3 cups chicken broth and cabbage soup, 240cals. of zebra mussles, 1 grapefruit, 1 oz. cheese, 10 cals. sugar free jello. No exercises. Weighed in at 215lbs.

750 calories is a snack for me. KIK One thing to think about on your journey is that you want to keep your metabolism strong. Undereating as much as you do over a real long time may not be the best approach... Maybe mix it up a bit... It is good for the body and for the long term.

I agree with liv, a starving body will actually hold on to the weight as a survival mechanism. When you are hungry be sure to eat protein first and foremost, and choose more natural versus processed foods to go along with it. Being healthy and happy does not involve torturing ourselves.
