Ate 2/3 cup fresh pineapple and 1 grapefruit yesterday. Did 30 sit-ups and 10 push-ups and light aerobics. Weighed in today at 214. Took no vitamin supplements yesterday.

Only change in journal from yesterday is 3 cups cauliflower instead of zucchini and 2 stalks celery rather than 7, about 225 calorie intake and still gained 1 lb. No biggy, just another plateau to breech.

Well, no extra weight loss. Did same work-out as the day before. Ate 7 stalks celery, 1 whole zucchini shredded into noodle form with 1 cup of home made pasta sauce [ diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, garlic, light sprinkle of asiago cheese and spices and olive oil. Made about 2/3 gallon of pasta sauce guess I will be using that as a topping for a while] Same regiment as before of eating 1 grapefruit a day with sugar free green tea-ginger-lemon juice, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, also 0 cal. 4oz. of aloe vera juice. Figuring about 320 calorie intake for the day. Will repeat all today, with exception of switching shredded zucchini for chunks of cauliflower. Feeling good.

Yea & Wow, extended fast of only eating 1 grapefruit a day with sugar free green tea-ginger-lemon juice, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, also 0 cal. 4oz. of aloe vera juice. I'm now on day 5 of this fast and I'm down to 214lbs. (6lbs. in 5 days weight loss/gone}. Yea! Did 2 sets of sit ups for total of 50 and 3 sets of push ups to make total of 20 {can't believe that my biceps and triceps are that weak, but oh well, I'll start rebuilding those muscles too} and light aerobics. Still not feeling overwhelming hunger could easily fast for at least 1 more day, but my mind feels a little foggy, energy level is fine. Happy at 6lbs. loss and my fruit and vegi's are getting old, so it's probably time to eat a small, lite meal for dinner. I'll keep meal at around 400cals and eat a grapefruit now, for a total of under 500cals for the day.
