Ive been feeling super bloated and huge, so todays weigh in is no surprise. Ive been trying to eat better, but since I havent been tracking... I know its been getting away from me. Im already coming up on an event that I wanted to weigh less for, but now its too late. Thats my normal signal to throw in the towel but Im going to keep trying and not let it get me.

Welp. Hangin in there. Trying to drink more water and move my body more without killing myself. Honestly, I dont know how I started working out in the first place because I get so sore from the smallest movement now. So dumb.

Im trying to be a bit more positive in general because I feel like most of my posts are - Oh I suck and Im failing etc... Honestly, I do feel like that most of the time but maybe I can start finding the silver linings.
I did NOT do well yesterday with what I put into my body. Today, however, I did get up earlier, weighed myself, showered, and got my kid to school on time with only one "Mom we gotta go" so that was a win for the morning.
I have class tonight with my dietician and we're going to talk about cooking healthier. Its weird that Im actively trying to make better choices with the food that I buy, but Im still binging on candy and fried food. Im also going to go to class in my workout clothes because its at the gym and since we still only have 1 car, I have to wait about 45 minutes to be picked up after. Might as well use the space Im in.

Havent weighed myself recently because I have a 16yr old daughter who doesnt have a license and wont take the bus - which means I have barely enough time in the morning to pee and brush my teeth. NO TIME for anything else. I guess I need to make an effort to move faster and earlier (but I sure hate disturbing the kitty and dog...). Anyway, Ive been off the rails again. Why cant I make a commitment? Im still seeing my dietician but its in a class so we're not really talking about me personally and Im actually learning things so its still good that Im going. I dog sat all weekend w/o a car so we ordered food and I felt so bloated. Last night when I got home I started reassessing my goals. I guess its never too late to go back and figure out whats not working. Im trying not to beat myself up for the things I havent been doing but thats really hard because Im really good at it.
Anyway, I will make it on to the scale this week. I will work in my journal this week and set some goals. I will commit to those goals.
