Little by little - working hard on staying with diet:
Low Carb : under 50 grams a day
Low Cal : Under 1500 a day
I have some flexibility in my eating. I don't worry about going over a little here and there. It helps to eat a little bit more to avoid the binging. Working hard on trying out new lower carb recipes: banana nut bread,breading made with crushed pork rinds and parmesan cheese on anything, roasted veggies, some spiralizing and what ever else I find

Hello everyone:
It has been awhile since I have posted but I am back and trying to lose some weight and do some low carb. Today, I made a low carb banana nut bread with a real banana. Now, this may not be Keto but it produces a tasty slice of banana nut bread with 8 grams of net carbs.

So, check it out if interested. It does have higher calories as it uses a lot of eggs, butter and some coconut oil. But, that is the price we pay :)

Simple Simple Simple
Sometimes, I just need something sweet. So I tried heating up one cup of Almond/Coconut milk and added some sliced strawberries and some stevia to make it sweet. And, then I just sipped/slurped it up over the next ten minutes.
And, it took the edge off of that crazed feeling you get when you need something sweet.
Now, I'm looking at adding different kinds of things like blueberries and cocoa.
