Hi! I am 60+ years old, a grandmother, and I teach PE at an Elementary School. You would think that I would weigh a lot less. I weigh 195 pounds right now 5 months ago I was at 205. I have a goal to get back to the weight I was when I got married 43 years ago 130. I am going to make that happen this time, Because now I am not accountable just to me.
