I'm 43, I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In the last 15 years, I've gained and lost 70 lbs. I was always active but I became very sedentary as I got older and my jobs changed. I've been on a journey to lose weight my whole life. I'm a true fan of a Ketogenic/Low-Carb, High Fat way of eating. I also love lifting weights and doing yoga and Pilates.
