I am a life/business development coach. I've spent most of my life feeling too busy or too stressed to lose weight. It just wasn't a priority. Then I decided that enough was enough. I came to fatsecret and found the motivation to lose almost 100lb in less than 15 months.

I am a single mother, 47 years old. I not only dropped to 145lb this year, I returned to school part time and am enjoying the challenge. My whole outlook on life has changed. My energy increased and so has my activity level. I socialize more, do better at work, and have more fun.
