Since I am over 60 I need to be more concerned about my health and weight. Since I have been diagnosed with Degenerative Disk Disease in 2018 and then falling on ice and hairline fracturing my hip last year (2020) my weight has gone up due to lack of ability to be very active. A year later my hip is still giving me issues and limiting how much I can do in a day but I push myself to do more. And the aded DDD on top of that. Lucky enough I have high pain tolerance. But I am staying positive that this summer will be better than last summer and will be able to be more active. I plan on starting on the KETO Diet as I have a lot of positive feedback. So April 1, 2021 has been my start of KETO. Good Luck to all of you who are working on your health. Cheers!!
