Keto Buns

Almond flour buns for hamburger or sandwich.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Bring water to boil, once hot add it to dry ingredients and mix for a minute or 2 with a fork.
  3. Add egg whites and mix until a dough like is formed (is very sticky).
  4. Use coconut oil on your hands to make the balls to put on baking tray.
  5. Bake for 80 minutes at 180.
