I have always struggled with weight. Have been on several diets...most of them work if you stick to them. I have admitted to have an addiction to sugar. I like sweets!! I can eat healthy food in healthy portions but I can get out of control with candy, cookies, cake and icecream. I have decide to try south beach diet as it will help me with sugar cravings. I started on Jan 2, 2009. So far it's been great controling my sugar eating habits. I especially happy to have found fatsecret where I can report to and have support from those facing similar situations.
