Hi Bodybeautiful, I just started this app like 3 weeks ago. I got sick of looking at myself nd not being able to do simple things without getting out of breath. I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks. I keto breakfast lunch nd dinner. I eat plenty greens, chicken, i dont deprive myself from things i love. Just eat in moderation. I love my chocolate, breads nd cake.. 1 time chocolate 1 time bread and 1 time cake during teach week. U got this neautiful.
