No rain here and none in the forecast for the next week. We need it, this is our rainy season. But the weather is nice enough to get out for a walk every day. I also enjoy rainy days staying inside

Patty, Nice words will get you everywhere, as far as a snob l can't get into fs on my main computer where you can do everything like answer emails.lve contacted them explained what's going on to no prevail...l only using my cell for fs and that gives you squat..just hi,hello goodbye.
lm curious about the emails to. ? is bestest a step up from best.
p.s. l know you have a new hero....you said..l forget who but it was someone with a silly visor wrapped around his face to bicycle ride.lol

Dear Cherik1, I ALWAYS yo yo. But my TREND has been to lose. On average, only a pound a week, with LOTS of ups and downs along av5# range, but then it starts to go to the lowest weight, and to yo up and down from there.
Don’t get discouraged. As long as the TREND over time is lower, you are on a good diet for you. But if you just yo yo around the weight you started this app with, then it’s time to check out another strategy. Good luck!

I went to the grocery store yesterday at 8:00 AM just for the reason I knew there wouldn't be too many people there. Being very careful not to get around too many others due to the flu outbreak. Don't have it, and don't want it....
