Still a work in progress as I continue my journey to maintain, it's a life long committment. Changing to calorie counting seems to be key that's working for me now along with eight glasses of water a day, a positive attitude, and being open minded. Listening to those that went before me, have fought the battle, have succeeded and shared their story! Thank you all for making this happen without my FatSecret Family I don't believe I would have come this far! Wishing you all continued success!

Made George some candy! Has anyone tried Wild Friends chocolate coconut peanut butter?
Delish I drained the fat off from the top of the jar, added chocolate sea salt probiotic granola,protein power mixed nuts from Jerry's nut house, and himalania goji berries!
I didn't tell him it was healthy lol
Put on parchment and let it rest in the freezer. It cracked up into 16 or so pieces.

NSV yesterday we walked the beach as I was bending over picking up beach glass it dawned on me. Hahaha I didn't cut off my own circulation as I once did I could still breathe. No pounding blood rushing sound in my ears you know what I mean lol
Breathing brings up another issue. I haven't bought any new clothes in a long time so I have a question. I grabbed a size 10 and a 12, am I suppose to be able to breathe lol in the 10's lol. Needless to say no jeans were purchased they must have been defected cause the zipper wouldnt move! I have more weight to lose maybe by June or July they'll fit!
Your all doing great thank you for the inspiration to continue!
