#Patriciabostic- I've been getting healthy since December 2016. It will have it's frustrations, but you can't give up on yourself. Do what is right for you and your body. I've tried numerous things while on this diet. I had to find what works for me. If it doesn't go the way I like it to, I try harder. I've learned to stop eating when I'm satisfied not full. You'll find your way and be successful. Think positive!
