Been catching myself stress eating. My son just went back for his second surgery for his shoulder. Will have plenty of time to meal prep this week to help make up for the not so good eating I did before the surgery. Time to buckle down again!!!! Go me!!!!!

New month and a great time to refocus on my health. I'm going to start tracking my food again and being more aware of me. Haven't been focused for a while now. New month new me!! Started exercising again today. Felt so good. Sore but it's a good sore. Need more of it!!

Finally back. Still trying to be healthy. I'm at about the same weight. A ton has been going on personally but still going strong. Started working out again and feeling better. Hope everyone's been doing great. Got to keep rolling!!! I refuse to give up. Might have to step over some struggles but I won't let them stop me.
