2 DAYS OF YARD WORK..good tuesday morning..2 days of walking all over yard getting sticks an twigs ..my leg behind my knee says i get the day off today..got back of leg on heating pad..and im tired as well..hate to take off from riding..and almost went riding cause once i get on bike..leg doesnt bother me..just when im walking an on it for certain amount of time..but decided if i went riding..wasnt gonna be long enough ride..to make it worth the ride..so a day off is in order...

after my ride yesterday..went to say hi to walmart..came home an sucked down my lunch..was hungry from all the moving around..went out in yard off an on raking an getting piles so it would be easier to pick up..my friend that comes over to ride on trainer..brought his 2 sons..an they picked up piles for me an neighbor..so really thankful for that..

todays plan...lots of rest..hopefully ride again tomow...hate taking off..feel guilty when i do..not sure why..alot has to do with i enjoy riding that morning ride..an when i take off an its decent enough to ride im missing a day that its nice..days it rains ..dont bother me to take a day off as bad..

well coffee is gone..

You miss that adrenaline rush you get during the long rides, I bet. I used to dream about running if I couldn't get out and run for days because of ran. I thought it was guilt, but I missed that "rush". Glad you got your yard all picked up. We are expecting a gorgeous day today ... great day to trim the hedges out front and do some weeding before I mow tomorrow. Maybe after our vet visit I can get out there.

I guess I do miss the adrenaline rush...cause the days I take off to rest..im more tired then if I had rode that day..

Agree with the others..so thrilled you enjoy your bike...it's an adrenaline rush that also becomes addictive but in a good way!!!!
