We just got the computer going again, the internet went out Sunday and they just now got it fixed. We live in southern Missouri about a mile from the Arkansas border. There is a lot of damage here and flooding. Workers and tree men have got most of the fallen trees cleaned up. There are so many insurance claims that the work is going slow. We seem to have one good day then it rains again. Today was one of the nice ones. Now I need to concentrate on my diet plan. We had our 3 yr old grandson here this weekend and I ate a lot of his mistakes.(He wants something and I get it for him then he doesn't eat it!) Finally I just wait until he is really hungry and let him have grapes and chocolate milk. At least he is eating something. Today was a good day diet-wise. I ate moderately and was satisfied with less. I think the stress of the storm and the damage had something to do with it.
