Woke at 209.0, up 1.6 from yesterday as a big calorie day added to the previous weekend fun. Will fast until lunch and then do about 1267 calories between lunch and dinner to get back on my 1785 calorie per day target for the month. That's low, but it's up from my 1650 per day target from last month (which I didn't achieve). Got to drop some water from the weekend. UPDATE: My old friend Dennis came over and I had a few beers. Did not eat any dinner, but got those beer carbs! Forgot to weigh in before bed.

Macros (in grams, rounded) (updated for April):
Targets: 125 fat, 75 carb, 30 fiber, 40 net carb, 125 prot, 1785 cals
Ate: 56 fat, 85 carb, 26 fib, 59 net carb, 51 prot, 1300 cals (2644 used, 1344 deficit)
Running avg: 94 fat, 92 carb, 121 prot, 1793 cals (2808 used, 1015 deficit)
