TIME TO RE-ACCESS WHATS GOING ON..good tuesday morning..not sure whats going on with the scales..getting to a point i dont even care anymore..im eating right, working out on a regular basis, no cheats ..id like to think its muscle going on..but when it comes to weight coming off..you just never know..what causes gain sometimes..weight comes of when it wants to..no guarantees with when it comes off..cant second guess it..im just along for the ride ..so..decided to record it an move on..

yesterday i did 2 rides..one was a 14 mile ride..the other an 11.4 mile ride..so already have 25.4 miles for first day of week..last night had to be one of the fastest nites ive slept in a while..seemed like i layed down..an next thing i rolled over an clock said 444aam..like already..geeez...so here i sit drinkin my coffee latte..thinking about riding once again about 9am..get my ride over an stick to a routine..

yesterday it was in the 80s..i mean like o my what a great day..not today...todays high just 63...the difference a day makes..

well coffee is gone..means its time to get up an think about breakfast..me walks into the kitchen..an says..the usual plz..just some meals never loose their taste..sausage an eggs..with cheese sprinkled over it all...mmmmmm goood...

WELL..SPRING IS HERE..SUMMER IS ON ITS WAY NOW..SO IF YOUR STILL WORKING ON THAT BODY...BEST GET WITH THE PROGRAM...TIME IS TICKING AWAY...

Hey, Wannabe! You are doing great, you know! The thing with this way of eating .. you are losing inches, which is much more important than weight loss. You said it the other day, your hips and waist are shrinking but your legs are getting bigger muscles. You are doing exactly what you should be doing. Keep up the good work.

I'm with you on abandoning the scale. I am trusting in the process. I'm only weighing once a month, and I see the changes in my body from the food choices I'm making and the extra exercise I'm doing. I'm wearing clothes I couldn't get into last month. That's progress! Keep on keepin' on!
