INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW..goood monday morning..as i was getting ready to head off to bed last night..body was tired..mind well it was still in fast drive..idea pops in head..freezing heavy whipped cream into ice cubes an adding pb2..which is dry mixed up peanut butter with water to the heavy cream..naturally inquiring minds had to know..well..mixed up peanut butter..then emptied out ice tray so i could add some heavy cream at one end.. put cream into tray..added spoon fulls of pb2 to tray..set in freezer..went to bed..got up this morning an wha la...heavy whipped cream ice cubes with pb2 in center..mmmmmm....

didnt go riding yesterday ...had a lazy day..thought about it several times an just never got in the mood...

the califlower with hamburger an pepperoni on top of layered cheese is gone..was good...i had some for lunch, sister had some for her lunch..an then she called a friend on phone an invited her to come over an take last of it..for her lunch today..good way of getting someone else hooked on eating better...lol...

todays plan is to get a ride in..warmer days ahead along with rain in the forcast..o well that time of year..did go out yesterday an raked some leaves off the back of the carport..was almost 60 yesterday but very breazy...

well...almost 5am..gonna get up in a bit an have a cup of coffee to get this day started once again..then about 9am...should be ready to change an get into the riding mood ...or thats the plan at the moment..get back into the weekly habit again..

first ride 14 miles..62 min..some hills...i was grindin away...lol

second ride..11.4 miles..50 min..same course as first..just in opposite direction..different hills..
