Salmon cooked in a lemon mustard herb sauce. Spinach and portobello mushroom with a home made olive oil and apple cider vinegar vinaigrette. Portions are silly, a serving of meat is 4 ounces, and this is about 6 ounces of salmon. I'm being good nowadays but could totally eat twice as much salmon. Total meal approximately 320kcal.

How do you make the lemon mustard herb sauce? Do you slather the fish before cooking it or is it used to dip? Looks scrumptious.

@sarah1950 about 1T of mustard, I used a little soy sauce because I didn't have worcestershire and it was pretty good, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, and dill. spooned it over it before baking. Mustard really compliments salmon to me.

I agree with you sydvicious9127 about being able to eat lots of salmon! A favorite thing I love to do at Mongolian grills is get a whole plate of salmon with garlic and a bit of onion and fresh green onion...I'm perfectly happy too pay their fee for a whole plate of salmon and eat it while everyone else loads up with noodles'😁

Thanks for the recipe with the mustard. I'm going to try it with shrimp too. I agree that the mustard flavor is good with fish.
