You can do this. Try going for a small goal to start with, say 5 pounds. Once you hit that mark, go for a little bit bigger goal. maybe 10 pounds. You'll see that the little goals add up to big goals. I go for 3-4 pounds a month. Slow and easy. You got this and we're all here to help.

good start or restart just being on fat secret is a first step. Just go one bite one meal, one snack, one choice at a time each choice is another opportunity to make a difference. You really can!

Do you have a nutrition plan? Track and log everything here, drink plenty of fresh water, and maybe some gentle exercise...diet is 90% of success.
