Woke at 214.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Targeting 1910 cal today. Food server showed up with French toast, orange juice, a banana, and bacon this morning. Had to send it all back! You know about me and carbs… And a little too queasy for the bacon alone. Finally got a chance to talk to them about my dietary needs and they're going to be bringing me some nice grilled chicken and veggies for lunch here in a few minutes! UPDATE: Ate a super lunch and dinner. Drank a lot of water and a diet ginger ale in the morning for queasiness. Only ended up at 1209 calories, which means I can do about 1300 tomorrow and still stay on calorie goal. They will infuse my stem cells back into me at 10 am tomorrow and they recommend I eat breakfast at 8 to avoid getting sick during the procedure. So I will eat some or all of what they bring. Hoping my standing order for LCHF sticks, but that person is not here tomorrow, so who knows? Got in my 5 miles of walking in two shifts. Time to grab some shut eye! Ended the day at 209.6.

Good luck with whatever you're having done. In for 2-3 weeks, keeping occupied is going to be hardest. Are you on a ward with other patients or in a room of your own?

Gosh. I am not sure I could turn away french toast. Ha Ha! Good for you. As healthy as the banana and orange juice and french toast sound, it is mostly carbs and sugars, isn't it? Not smart, but then hospitals go with what the doctor's tell them. Doctor's should know better. You teach 'em Draglist.
