Woke at 214.8, down .2 from yesterday. Ate a big lunch after 16:8 IF, then walked five miles, and weighed in at 212.6 before dinner. Last meal before dinner tomorrow night. Not just IF -- hospital orders! Nailed calorie goal for the day and the month. Pretty happy with the slow downward trend -- about a pound a week.

I wonder if they'd let you double up on your protein? I tried that when I had my stroke and they WANTED A BALANCED DIET..... Oh gag me, why doncha'. But a lb. a week would make my heart glad. But not gaining would make me even happier. Take care.

Don't even ask for butter.... they'll send a nutritionist in to teach you how to eat healthy... hahaha
