Woke at 214.8, down .2 from yesterday. That's pretty damned stingy for a waking reading after a 3900 calorie deficit day! But I've always been suspect of my Fitbit calorie burn. Still, 8 miles and 615 calories should count for something! Targeting 2200 calories today on the last day of the month. That will end me at exactly 1640 calories per day on average -- my goal (based on my target lean muscle mass x 10). Next month will be weird because I have some significant hospital time coming up. I can see me having to fight the nurses and doctors about the menu (and I may have to give up my supplements). Also, I suppose they will be putting me on a three meal a day plan. Going to be weird. I will continue doing LCHF and IF to the extent possible. I am taking all computers, so I will be keeping in touch.

I wonder about my fitbit calorie burn also. At least it's a guide and can be used for relative/comparative purposes. But I find my real control is in accurately tracking what goes into my mouth! Good luck with the time in the hospital, I hope all is well...will send some kind thoughts an prayers your way. :)

I think I can eat this on the last three days. Oh boy, maybe this diet is too complicated. LMAO! I am a low carb lady by heart. This bread looks fantastic.
