Hubby off for a dinner of wings with the guys - happens every 2 weeks, always wanted a nice treat for myself on that night - I found it! Dr. Oetker Ristorante Ultra-thin pizza - I had Capicollo - fit the bill nicely! I made sure I had enough calories to binge a little, I ate the whole pizza - with salad, and still rolled in just over 1500 calories for the day ! I'd call that a win! I was a bit skeptical about how a frozen supermarket pizza might taste - but it was awesome. Will do it again!
