Another small drop although really I've been in maintenance mode since my big push in late May. Looks like my set weight will be between 200 and 208 depending on how much muscle I want to carry in my upper body and legs. I might go for a lower weight but I kinda like to carry a bit more muscle if it doesn't affect my endurance too much.
Shoulder is a wee bit better however range of motion is still pretty restricted compared to healthy. No plans for surgery yet as Dr. and I want to see if it will "fix itself" before making that commitment.
