This evening has been out of the ordinary. Dh came home from work but been working ever since. Still is. I started the grill we had thin ribeye sand on fresh bakery bread mayo and Kraft cheese for him plain for me. FIL took the bread off and ate the thin price of meat then at 10:30pm wants a bowl of ramen. The mans 86 yo eats three to four waffles a day w butter cookies am and pm 1 pop, has been like this for years now. Oh and now he's on a ramen kick...thanks to the girls. Oh well my dh wanted cinnamon rolls so cooked those I had zero snacks after dinner. Yeah me. No laps today tomorrow though ;-)

I really wanted to eat those rolls. But I would have ate them all now I have to save myself from eating them tomorrow. I'm sure FIL will have one or two tomorrow so then there will only be two to deal with 😆 I have been doing protein shakes for first meal of day. Love them things now that they don't make me sick. I like to mix it up a bit. Today was blueberries and spinach. I may wait a couple more days for my skins fold idk, I keep eating too much junk turn think let me flush it... I'll get there.

Great going with the willpower. It's tough when everyone is eating on a different plan. Be strong.

Very hard to have sweet temptations in the house. You're doing better that I would. We've cleared out our larder. My kids find it very boring when they visit.

You're doing great! It is hard to "ignore" that stuff. But I envision every donut, sandwich, etc holding that damn insulin needle and my mind wins out! Good Job staying true........

Nice work - I am on a cut right now and my DH has two pints of HaagenDaas in the freezer...he hides them behind the frozen chicken, like I don"t know!!!! But I have my protein shake at night with frozen berries in it so it is ice cream like...
