Day two is nearly in the bag. I was a little worried about today, because it meant a second day's fast and I was at work, but it was no problem. Just drinking water is good.

I routinely fast 36 hours, so yesterday seemed normal, and today is just a small stretch beyond that.

We will see how tomorrow goes.

You're on a good roll, Day 3 will be a piece of cake for you-keep loading up on water like you have been (don't stray far from the ladies room ;))

It's odd, but I'm not peeing that much. I imagine I'm breathing and sweating out the moisture. I'll see how many time I have to get up in the night tonight. It was twice last night.

According to Dr fungs charts, all the hormonal benefits peek between day 3 and 4. You can do this!

@LAdy, Girl, you got this. Once you hit 72 hours your brain will send hunger signals. MOre akin to eat or you will die. THESE ARE LIES!!! Do not listen to them. Shortly after comes the Euphoria. Just relax and go along for the ride. lol.

I don't have breakfast till 11 am And dinner at 5 pm. Those are my fasting hours.

I think it helps to plan ahead. Mountain_Mama commented that people were all chowing down on the full moon, so I read a little about lunar cycles. The best times to start a fast are full moon and new moon. I chose new moon and marked my calendar. I was kind of dreading it as the day approached. You know, I was missing food just thinking I couldn't eat. BUT I am not missing food. It is weird. I don't feel deprived. I notice I am looking in the mirror more, was more cheerful and outgoing at work yesterday, and I feel lighter. Stood up this morning with NO ACHES AND PAINS and no limping (for years I have been waking up stiff and limp my way to the bathroom each morning).

I have also noted the lack of joint pain and stiffness using this WOE Lady and the elevated mood is also a blessing, so glad you are experiencing it also!
